This lovely 2+ bedroom suite could easily be used as a 3 bedroom rental unit that allows pets. This would support a cap rate around 5%. No rental restrictions and centrally located! 2 private entrance points plus common yard space. Great for students and young families! Unique, townhouse style living at condo pricing with own no step, private entrance and access to a front and backyard. Amazing access to everything. Next to a park so views from the windows showcase perpetual green space. Garden level access is perfect for pets and children along with a nearby daycare, park and school. Windows on 3 sides create an abundance of natural light which is gloriously bright on sunny days. Wonderful large kitchen for the ‘chefs at heart’ also has a view window over sink. 2 bedrooms plus a flex room & full side by side laundry closet. Easy care hard surface flooring throughout, no carpets. Small 4 suite conversion complex with a well run Strata. Plenty of street parking.
